Returns & Refunds
If your hamper is delivered and the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, the hamper will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a suitable date for a redelivery. A redelivery fee will apply.
If your hamper is being delivered and the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, the hamper will be delivered to the nearest Australia Post and a calling card will be left in the mailbox so that the recipient can pick up their hamper at a suitable time.
Please note that hampers containing alcohol cannot, by law, be left unattended at the front door.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services, however if your gift has been damaged prior to receipt please contact us within 5 business days at email@example.com and we will arrange for a new hamper to be sent out to you immediately. We will not ask you to return the damaged hamper, we will simply replace it.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card used to purchase the hamper.
